Terms of Use
PRISMA DIGITAL COMERCIAL CENTER (“PRISMA”, “we” or “the Site”) is a digital shopping and information directory operated by Javier Alvarez Soto, doing business as JAS GROUP (DBA), Houston, Texas, United States. You may contact us at jasgrouptxdigital@gmail.com.
Service and external transactions
PRISMA introduces independent merchants, organizations and external resources. PRISMA does not sell the third-party products displayed through its affiliate links and does not process their checkout or payments. When you follow a merchant link, purchases, prices, availability, shipping, taxes, warranties, returns, subscriptions, customer support and disputes are governed by the merchant’s current terms. Contact the merchant directly concerning orders.
Affiliate relationships
Some links generate referral commissions for PRISMA if a visitor makes a qualifying transaction. See the Affiliate Disclosure. An affiliate relationship is not a statement that a merchant owns, sponsors or endorses PRISMA.
Accuracy and changes
External product information and destinations may change without notice. PRISMA endeavors to keep its directory useful but cannot guarantee the accuracy, continuous availability, prices or current inventory of independent merchants.
Acceptable use
Use PRISMA lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, distribute malware, misrepresent your affiliation or violate others’ intellectual-property rights.
Rights
Original PRISMA website content and design are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Their display grants no right to reuse them.
Disclaimer and legal rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, PRISMA is provided on an “as available” basis and its operator is not responsible for independent merchants’ acts, products, payments, shipping or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and law
These terms may be amended, with a new effective date posted on this page. Texas law is intended to govern to the extent permissible, without overriding mandatory consumer laws or applicable jurisdictional rules.
